2008 Summer Baseball Camps

Each year thousands of young men and women, boys and girls, strive to improve their skills and enjoyment of the game of baseball. The South Shore Baseball Club Summer Camps will feature its usual excellent staff and facilities, assuring each camper a rewarding experience while enjoying our ever popular game.
The SSBC expert staff of qualified professionals will combine to make the SSBC camp a valuable and worthwhile experience.

All campers will be grouped according to age, ability, physical maturity and previous experience. The instruction will range from basic fundamentals to advanced skills. Each camper will play a minimum of one game per day.

The South Shore Baseball Club Summer Camps will be held in 2008 in Cohasset (Miliken Field), Braintree (Watson Park) and Hingham High School. Both the Cohasset and Braintree camps are held for one week while the Hingham camp runs for four consecutive weeks. Campers may attend for one, two, three or all four weeks.

In all camps, a full day of camp is from 8:30 AM until 2:30 PM. A half day session is available for players in the 5-7 year old group and will be from 8:30 to 11:30 AM. Both will feature the usual SSBC instruction with lectures, drills, contests and plenty of baseball. Cohasset will be for players ages 5-12, while Braintree and Hingham will be for players 5-15.

Please plan accordingly. Nothing is sadder than a kid going on vacation when he'd rather to be going to baseball camp.

COST: Full Day is $195 for Non Members and $160 for current SSBC Members
