2010 Spring Rookie League

The SSBC's Rookie League is designed for youngsters 5 to 7 with little or no previous experience in organized athletics.

The SSBC staff of professional coaches emphasizes basics and fundamentals as well as safety and sportsmanship.

Each youngster receives one hour of instruction one day each week and then plays in a one hour game on Saturdays for four weeks. Practices are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays at either 4PM or 5PM. Your practice time will remain the same for the four week session. Saturday game times will vary each week. Each group is filled on a first come basis.

• April 27th thru May 22nd
• Kress Field In Hingham

The Rookie League is held four other times each year; outdoors in June, outdoors in September, indoors in November and indoors in January.

You will choose from the following practice time

      Tuesday 4:00 PM        Wednesday 4:00 PM       Thursday 4:00 PM      Friday 4:00 PM

      Tuesday 5:00 PM        Wednesday 5:00 PM       Thursday 5:00 PM      Friday 5:00 PM

Features:

• Remember- Your practice time will remain the same for the four week period. Game times may vary.
• All players will receive a T-shirt and a hat.
• The ball will be pitched. No hitting off a tee
• The SSBC staff will include: Jason Trask and Jack Larkin

COST:$135 Per Player($100 if any family member is current SSBC Member) MC and VISA accepted.
