2010 Frank Niles Girls Softball
Pre-Season Hitters' Workshop
Coach Frank Niles will be conducting a softball Hitters' Workshop. Held on Saturday and Sundays for two consecutive weeks, the workshop is designed to improve all aspects of a players hitting.
Girls ages 10 and up will be grouped according to age and ability and will pass through a series of hitting stations, each with a slightly different focus, to help improve and prepare them for the upcoming season.
A variety of live pitching, soft toss, tee work, short toss, bunting and machine work will combine to give each hitter plenty of swings.
COST is $175 for Non Members and $150 for Current SSBC Members
