The first annual "Seadogs" 4th of July Tournament was held at Strong Field in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, over the holiday weekend. After three days of round robin play, Monday's Championship showdown was between the Long Island Reds and the Maryland Orioles. The Reds came away the champs by a score of 13-9. Long Island's Pete Ciofrone (SS-OF) was named the MVP.
